Classes

 

These classes are designed to break down the MELT moves into bite-sized, easily digestible pieces, so you can really learn them in detail. We go into all the science, explaining the whys, hows and whens. We go through the 4 Rs of MELT: Reconnect, Rebalance, Rehydrate, and Release, using the compression, lengthening and release techniques. 

When you're finished with a class, you can feel confident about using the method for yourself at home.

Each class can be purchased as a stand-alone class, and some as part of the series.There is a discount, if you purchase all three classes as a series, and If you have taken a MELT Introduction workshop, you can receive an additional discount if you purchase all three classes as a series.

Beginning Core Strength (not part of the series or discounted series)

Come and learn the easy beginning moves tp start building Core Strength without sit-ups, crunches, or sweating! We will be learning techniques to fire the psoas muscles, and drop the pelvis into a neutral posotion. Core strength is the key to a stable pelvis, and a stable pelvis is the key to a healthy back! Printed take-home routine will be given out.

 

 

Complete Hand and Foot

This class will teach the entire range of Hand and Foot Treatment techniques, including full and mini soft ball, full and mini hard ball, combinations of the two, arthritis treatment for hands, bunion band for feet, and forearm treatment.

Hand and Foot is the foundation of the MELT Method and can really change the way you live!

This class may be taken as a stand-alone or as part of the Level 1 Series.

 

 

Upper Body Level 1

In this class, we will break down all the beginner Upper Body techniques into easily digestible pieces, consisting of the hows, whys, and whens. This will include length, compression, and release sequences of the Upper Body and Neck.

This class may be taken as a stand-alone, or as part of the Level 1 series. 

 

 

Lower Body Level 1
