I'm Kari de St. Germain, and I own Michigan Orthopedic Solutions, a private Orthopedic Massage & Manual Therapy practice in Grand Rapids, MI, formerly known as Rockford Health Alternatives.

MOS is currently focused on patient education and treatment of pain, conditions and injuries of the musculoskeletal system.

 

As an Orthopedic Massage & Manual Therapist, I became interested in the MELT Method as a treatment for my own repetitive motion pain and injuries. When I saw immediate results and understood the value of the MELT Method for other therapists and those with occupational, ergonomic-type injuries, I decided then and there that I would find a way to teach it to others looking to extend their careers in various fields.

 

I became certified as an Instructor in MELT Hand and Foot Treatments in May of 2012 and then went on to become certified in MELT Full Body Treatments in August 2012.

 

I always look forward to teaching group classes the MELT Method, and watching the changes that they experience in their bodies the very first time they do it!

 

I also love teaching patients one-on-one in my private practice at Michigan Orthopedic Solutions.
